Booking Policies:

• Your booking is very important to me!
• Please be prompt.  I honor a 15 minute grace period for all appointments and will always try my best to accommodate all schedules.  Your appointment is subject to cancellation should you arrive later than 15 minutes without notifying me.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of service.
• Please be advised that I DO NOT offer refunds.  Should you be unhappy with your service for any reason, I will gladly get you back in for a complimentary re-do within 2 weeks of your original appointment.  I want all of my clients to leave loving their hair!
• When booking an extension, blowout or chemical service, please allow for flexibility in timing to ensure the highest level of care and attention to detail.

Hair Extensions:

• An in-person consultation is required.
• Pricing is available upon consultation.
• A 50% deposit is required for orders and booking appointment, with 50% due on the day of service.
• Once hair has been ordered, it cannot be returned.
• I understand that life happens.  However, to respect the time and preparation involved in luxury services, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a $300 cancellation fee.

Brazilian Blowout or Magic Sleek:

• An in-person consultation is required.
• Pricing is available upon consultation.
• Reschedule requests or cancellations made within 72 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
